Refund policy
At MomsBae, we aim to ensure complete satisfaction for our valued customers. We understand that there might be occasions when you need to return a product. This Return & Refund Policy governs the return of products purchased from our website and the applicable refunds.
1. Returns
We accept returns for products purchased from MomsBae within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please send an email to support@momsbae.com from the email address used during the purchase. Please mention your order ID in the email. You can also contact us using the contact form or on WhatsApp
The product must be returned in its original packaging and the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable time whether you are entitled to a return.
Also, we offer free return shipping on all prepaid and COD orders. However the COD convenience charges (Rs 39) won’t be refundable.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items cannot be returned. Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-returnable. Also, due to hygiene concerns, lingerie products like bras, and panties aren't returnable.
3. Refunds
If you are entitled to a return, we will process your refund once the returned product passes our quality checks. The refund will be initiated and processed within 7-14 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
4. Shipping Returns
We will arrange the door step pickup for the delivery address.
5. Changes to the Return and Refund Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this return and refund policy at any time and will provide notice of such changes if or as required by law.
