Return & Exchange Policy

At MomsBae, we are committed to ensuring our customers' satisfaction. We understand that there may be instances where you may need to return or exchange an item. This Return & Exchange Policy outlines the conditions under which items purchased from our website can be returned or exchanged.

1. Returns

We accept returns for products purchased from MomsBae within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, please send an email to contact@momsbae.com from the email address used during the purchase. Please mention your order ID in the email.

The product must be returned in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. Once we receive the returned product and it passes our quality checks, we will notify you whether you are entitled to a return.

2. Exchanges

We offer an exchange service for our customers who require a different size. To request an exchange, please send an email to contact@momsbae.com, and specify whether you need a size increase, decrease, or the exact size you need.

Please note, an item can only be exchanged once. Also, it's important that the item you wish to exchange is in its original condition, with tags, and has not been washed or worn.

3. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items cannot be returned or exchanged. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Also, due to hygiene concerns, lingerie products like bras, panties aren't returnable or exchangeable.

4. Shipping Returns

We will be arranging the courier for a return pickup.

5. Changes to the Return and Exchange Policy

We reserve the right to modify this return and exchange policy at any time and will provide notice of such changes if or as required by law.
