Cancellation
We at MomsBae strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We understand that there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. This Cancellation and Return Policy outlines the circumstances under which a product purchased from our website can be returned.
1. Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may cancel an order before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please note that orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days from the time of ordering. You can reach out to us at contact@momsbae.com if you wish to cancel your order.
2. Returns
You can return a product purchased from MomsBae within 14 days of the delivery date. To initiate a return, send us an email at contact@momsbae.com from the email address associated with the purchase account. Please mention your order ID in the email.
The product should be returned in its original packaging, and in the same condition as it was when it was delivered to you. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
3. Exceptions
Please note that not all items are eligible for return. Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error cannot be returned. Sale items are also non-returnable.
4. Shipping Returns
Return pickup from the same delivery address will be available for all the returnable items.
5. Changes to the Return Policy
We reserve the right to make changes to this return policy at any time and will provide notice of such changes if or as required by law.
